After so many years of solitude, she is now seeking a refuge to slow down her pace and other people to 'replace' her lost family. Opportunities such as the House of Tanisius rarely rise, and she is eager to take this chance.

Background:
Theronna was born 27 years ago into the leading family of the Darkeyes clan. As a child, she trained hard with the others, as being the only offspring of her family she was expected to take up the leadership upon her fathers passing. Aside of few border skirmishes, everything was peaceful and quiet for the Darkeyes clan, until the alliance of the rivaling clans in the area. That fateful day, the Darkeyes clan was brutally slaughtered one person at a time by the horde of other clans. Each and every member of the village was promptly executed after the hastily gathered defence forces were eliminated.
Theronna was 16 at that time and was found when she rushed out to help her father, only to see his decapitated corpse lie on the ground next to the bloody form of her mother. She tried to make a futile last stand, but she was hardly a match for dozens of armed men at that time. As soon as she was forced to surrender, they was discovered that she was the 'heir' of the clan and her life was spared, mockingly. She was then forcibly taken along with the others, more precisely with Belamros, the leader of the Bloodsoul clan and Theronna became a nothing more than a trophy wife for him.
After this, times were truly vile for her. Even during this 'new' life of hers, she refused to give up her clan name, and held herself the title of being last of the Darkeyes, which did not help her situation. Every day was torment of both physical and mental. She faced torture, humiliation and physical abuse during the day and almost every night she was raped by her 'husband'. But she never cried or pleaded for mercy. Instead she drove a rusty spike through his head. That very same night, on the eve of her 21st birthday, she snuck away from the village, taking only the essentials with her.
The following years she lived mostly alone and trained her skills with both a blade and a shield. She even found herself mentored by Aquilonians at one point, working as a sword for hire in exchange for training, but never saw much action during this period. She also managed to pick up skills in armorcrafting from the blacksmiths there. But the training did not come for free, as the stronger ones would often take advantage of her. Her life in such solitude shaped her to be a strong and independant warrior, but she also became quiet and introverted.

Been roleplaying, or at least trying, through forums, IM's and in-game now and then for about 5 or so years. Mostly focused on writing out of games, with RP events and alike mostly in WoW.
