IC-Reason to join the House of Tanisius:
Born into noble Aquilonian society Currian would join the army as a soldier and after many years make it as an officer. Only to lose it all when his troops were the wrong side of the bridge when the enemy thundered down on them. Captured and made a galley slave, Currian has recently escaped and seeks to join a noble house where he may strive to regain his former position and crush the enemies of Aquolonia.
What can I offer to the House of Tanisius (Both IC and OOC):
Loyalty. I always place guild members and comrades first in any MMO I play, after all they are the ones that will have your back in a fight not someone you just met at the bar. I hope to be devoted to crafting as well as the PvP and PvE aspects of the game and so hope to provide high class weapons for all the members that need them. Having served in most roles that the guild system can offer I know how hard it is to lead, keeping everyone happy and so am more than happy to follow orders and help in anyway to make the guild a success.
Background story ( Very Brief):
Currian was born in to a position of wealth and privilege growing up, and it was expected of him that he would take up the sword and join the army as a soldier. Whether it was the pride of youth or the sin of ambition Currian found himself frustrated with the armies apparent lack of appreciating his worth. It was at this time he became acquainted with a Stygian Demonologist who offered to show him the means to become a better Soldier and thereby gain the notice that he deserved.
Who could say how Currians life might have worked out if the chance meeting had not presented itself at that time. But over the next few years the Stygian stayed close to Currian and through his guidance and aid Currian became a better Soldier and quickly came to the notice of his superior officers. A glorious future was spreading our before him, and when the victories keep coming in nobody asks too closely as to how they are won.
As the victories mounted up Currian started to believe he was invincible and that he could do all that was found in the story books. Seeing a group of his Soldiers ambushed and fighting for their lives he ignored the advise of his fellow officers, labelling them cowards he rode to the rescue. And while he was successful in holding off the ambushers long enough for his men to gather, he was dismounted by an arrow through his shoulder in the thick of the combat and taken prisoner.
For the next few years Currian would be held prisoner and later sold into Slavery as a galley slave. While his family would be destroyed by vicious political backstabbing by the other noble families. A chance storm though would free Currian and washed up on an unknown beach he now looks for a means to restore his former place in society and strike down those that had wronged him family.

D&D table top P&P, Vampire the Masquerade, Conspiracy X. Plus a whole bunch more on the Role play side of things. I don’t see much point in playing online MMO’s without roleplaying, what someone watched on TV isn’t that interesting nor is how much they ganked some noob. Not to forget if you take the RP out of these games all your doing is grinding out mashing keys with no reason and no plot which isn’t very exciting.
